Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel your membership
You can cancel your USA Foosball membership at any time. Once canceled, your membership will not renew at the next anniversary, and you will not be charged again.
Sign in to your dashboard and use the Manage subscription button to cancel through Stripe's secure billing portal. From the portal you can also update your card or download invoices.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of your initial purchase (or 14 days of an automatic renewal): full refund on request, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the email address on your membership and we'll process it.
- After 14 days: we generally do not issue refunds for the current membership year. You can still cancel to stop future renewals; your existing membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: always refunded. Contact us right away if you see one.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email on your membership (or include the member's name and the date of the charge). We'll respond within a few business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.
Memberships purchased for someone else
If you bought a membership for another person, refund requests must come from the buyer (the person whose card was charged) within the same windows above.
Chargebacks
Please reach out before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Disputes opened without contacting us first may delay resolution.

United States Table Soccer Organization, Inc. (d/b/a USA Foosball) is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 82-3910839). Contributions are deductible under IRC Section 170. Membership dues may be tax-deductible to the extent they exceed the value of any benefits received. Consult your tax advisor.
