Acceptance

By using usafoosball.com or purchasing a USA Foosball membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a membership.

Membership

• USA Foosball annual membership is $25.00 USD per year.
• Membership is granted to an individual person (the "member"). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• Membership benefits are described on the membership page and may change from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members.

Recurring billing

Membership renews automatically every year for $25.00 USD on the anniversary of your sign-up, charged to the payment method you provided. Stripe processes the renewal on our behalf. You can cancel your renewal at any time from your dashboard; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Failed payments

If we cannot charge your card, your membership status will become "Past Due" and we will email you to update your payment method. If the renewal continues to fail, your membership will eventually be canceled.

Buying for someone else

You may purchase a membership for another person, including a child. By doing so, you confirm that you have the authority to create the account and that the dependent member is responsible for the same conduct rules described here. If you purchase a membership for someone who already has an account with the same email, that account will be activated rather than a duplicate created.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no submitting false information, no using the site to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Content you post

If we add features that let you post content (comments, club listings, news), you keep ownership of what you post but grant USA Foosball a non-exclusive license to display it on the site. Don't post anything you don't have the right to post.

Disclaimers

The site and membership are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. USA Foosball is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or membership, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

United States Table Soccer Organization, Inc. (d/b/a USA Foosball) is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 82-3910839). Contributions are deductible under IRC Section 170. Membership dues may be tax-deductible to the extent they exceed the value of any benefits received. Consult your tax advisor.
